This is an informal event for Club Professionals and their Manager/Secretary to get together at a great golf course.

One Club Professional will play with one amateur partner, who must be the Secretary/Manager of their Golf Club. Entries are welcome from Pairs from all Golf Clubs. Any Professional Managers/Secretaries will play as Ams off scratch handicap.

There will be a small sponsored prize fund, an amateur prize table and a 2 course meal.

The Entry Fee is £90 per pair payable directly to Hartsbourne Golf Club. Please pay for the event ahead of the day. You can either call Lauren Toms at Hartsbourne Golf Club on 0208 421 7273 or call our PGA office on 01279 652070 and we can give you Hartsbourne's bank payment details over the phone.

Event Format:
o 4-ball better-ball, 18 hole stableford team only event.
o 1 Pro and 1 Amateur (Secretary/Manager)
o Max h'caps: Men - 24; Ladies - 28; Allowance - 90%

Amateur dress code for Hartsbourne CC is smart casual.

Metal spiked golf shoes are not permitted.

The clubhouse will be open from at least 1 hour before play.
